What if I go over my tier?
If your count comes in higher than your tier cap, we'll let you know before we scan anything extra. Overage items are billed at $0.15 per item beyond the cap. No surprises.

Physical media add-ons
Cloud download is included with every order. If you want a physical backup, add one or more of these when you submit your intake form.

Rush orders
Standard turnaround is 4–6 weeks from the day your package arrives. If you need it faster, rush service is available:
- 2-week turnaround from receipt
- +50% of base price (Shoebox rush = $133.50, Bankers Box rush = $373.50, Estate Box rush = $748.50)
- Rush orders are subject to availability — select it on your intake form and we'll confirm when we accept the order
